I never realised you don’t have the 1-series in the US. Anyway, I’m not really fond of this one. The 2nd gen I like:

We had a 1 series, but it was a normal coupe and replaced by the 2 series. We never got this hatchback. My wife drives an X1 which is about as close we get to a BMW hatchback.
